Cost Savings. When you book through agencies or sites like VRBO, you are typically subject to additional commissions or booking fees that range from 10% to as much as 30%.  These costs are either added or bundled with the price of the rental. With us, what you see is what you get.

Yes, we rent to only families. 25 years and older.

You are expected to supply your own bath towels, beach towels, and wash-cloths; this is customary for Jersey Shore beach rentals.

We accept most electronic payments including Zelle & Venmo. We also accept personal checks 60 days before your stay.

Sorry, we do not allow Senior Week rentals.

It is important when booking direct that you verify ownership. With Park Place, you can book with confidence! We are happy to provide confirmation when you book.

It’s easy! We use an an e-signature contract which we send to your email box. After e-signing, you send an initial deposit (either electronic or by check) and a second payment ~60 days before your stay. Typically, it takes 10 minutes to book with us!

Most wheelchairs would be too large for the elevator. Our general advice is if you can manage without a wheelchair inside, but use a wheelchair outside, then Park Place may work for you. We can discuss further when reserving.

Yes, there are stairs which separate the bedrooms & bathrooms from the main living area & kitchen. Guests should be able to navigate ~5 stairs.
